Foodbisgiu is a gastronomic review project I launched in 2019, driven by my lifelong passion for food. Through witty, sharp critiques, I offer a unique, offbeat take on Parisian restaurants, highlighting their quirks, strengths, and oddities. Foodbisgiu focuses on strong editorial choices and engaging storytelling to bring the restaurant experience to life.
A community.
With 84 posts over three years, I managed to grow a community of around 6,000 followers on @foodbisgiu, a space where I share my love for gastronomy. What started as a simple passion project quickly became a way to connect with people who share the same curiosity for food—whether it’s about discovering hidden gems, critiquing trends, or simply enjoying a great meal.
